The Law of Attraction, which is a fundamental principle of manifestation, states that like attracts like. This means that the energy you put out into the universe through your thoughts, emotions, and actions will attract similar energy back to you. Therefore, if you focus on positive thoughts and emotions, you will attract positive experiences and opportunities into your life. Though sounding stupid, many people are achieving what they want through manifesting.
People came to know about it from the book ‘The Secret’ and there is a reason why it sold over 30 million copies and still is revered as one of the best self-help books. What people forget is that, through manifestation, one adopts a positive approach, and starts believing in themselves, this is where the magic happens.
I know you are thinking, if it was so easy then I would have already become Mukesh Ambani, but the question is do you believe you can be one of the top-tier businessmen? You will get your answer. So, try it in life on something that you can actually achieve and get your level of confidence up slowly. The first step to accomplishing anything is to believe that you can do it.
Manifestation is a mindset. It’s not just about asking for things and receiving them. It is the constant effort of staying in a mindset of gratitude and being thankful for what you have currently. It is the practice of regular visualization, affirmation, and thinking positively always. It doesn’t stop there, you have to take action suitable to the outcome you want. This is the only way you can manifest in a wholesome way.
So, let us see how we can manifest with a few techniques that you can include in your everyday routine.
1. Creating a Vision Board
Creating a vision board is the best way you can process manifestation techniques. The process of creating a visual of what you want to attract helps the process. Not only do they help you envision the life you want, but also serve as a reminder on hard days why you shouldn’t stop between the tracks. You can create multiple vision boards for multiple aspects of your life.
2. Gratitude Journaling
Not all days are equal. Some might be in our favor, while some are against us. It is easy to feel defeated and lost on tough days and slip into negative space when we fail to see our goals. Keeping a gratitude journal helps a lot during these times. In the journal keep a track of things that you are grateful for daily and you will feel yourself that life is not that bad after all. Although coming to the point of journalling, it is a great weapon to achieve success. Sitting with yourself and journalling your thought daily will not only help you find the route to your destination but also help you recognize the roadblocks and solve them accordingly.
3. The 3-6-9 Method
This method involves writing down what you want to manifest 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times in the evening. These numbers are also called divine numbers first invented by Nikola Tesla for manifestation. This is best for those who are impatient and fickle-minded. What this does is, helps you hold the goal in your mind throughout the day and helps it tap into your subconscious. This helps your brain to find what it is looking for and therefore more likely to magnetize your desires into action. There is another analogous method to it which is, the 55*5 method. Think about the thing you want to manifest And turn them into affirmation and write down this affirmation 55 times every day for 5 days in a row. While many people can’t stop praising the effectiveness, it is just effectively training your subconscious and creating a positive mindset.
4. Meditation
Meditation is the solution to every problem in your life, be it health or psychological. It works magic in achieving self-confidence and belief along with seasoning and strengthening your mind. Meditating at least 30 mins a day can not only reprogram your subconscious but also opens up your mind to what you truly desire. You will not find a single strong and successful people who don’t have meditation in his daily routine. If you are a beginner start with 10 mins, and gradually increase your time each week. You can find several videos online on ways and how to meditate effectively.
5. Visualization
Daydreaming is not that bad after all eh..? You will be lying if you don’t find yourself thinking ‘how your life would have been if’ too often. Visualizing is just that. Think of the things that will happen to your life once you have accomplished that milestone. E.g. if you want to be a successful businessman think about how you will deal with your customers, what your shop will offer to them, how you will deal with the employees, how you will decorate your shop, etc. This will not only make you happy but also remotivate you to work harder to achieve your goals. Every day spend 5-10 minutes at night sitting in a positive space and visualizing your dream life.
6. Start with Small Goals
If you imagine you will become Ambani in a single day, your manifestation technique won’t work because your subconscious knows that it is not possible. Forget the subconscious; even Ambani himself didn’t become Ambani in a single day. Try manifesting small and doable goals. For e.g. manifesting your dream ride, manifesting fat loss, etc. The more you will see things going your way, the more confident you will be and who knows one day even the impossible will seem possible. This doesn’t mean you will leave the dream of becoming Ambani, it’s not possible in a day but it is possible in a long run with constant effort and mindful manifestation.
