But even if you are among the former ones, it’s time to watch various sports and energize your “Sports Ka Keeda”. With most of the sporting events being postponed from 2020 due to the unexpected pandemic, the year 2021 was fully packed. It had been an eventful year with some great performances at the Tokyo Olympics and the Para Olympics, and a not-so-great performance at the Cricket (pun intended). This 2022 has an exciting calendar for sports enthusiasts. As the situation with COVID slightly coming back to normal, the sports associations have eased the restrictions and have allowed the fans at the stadium.
“I know it will be played at a very good intensity but that feeling of the crowd connecting with the players and the tension of the game where everyone goes through it in the stadium, those emotions are very difficult to recreate,” says former Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli.
“We will play sports how it should be, but those magical moments will be difficult to come by,” he adds.
Be it sitting in the crowd of the stadium or in the comfort of the house, it’s time to watch the most exciting series of sports. Look forward to these interesting championships in the upcoming days.
